//Abaddon and Micheala//

Micheala shakes his hair out a little, still shivering.

Sitting lightly upon the branch of an oak tree, a relatively young looking man sits, gazing up at the quiet nighttime sky, a thoughtful look on his face as he does so. He raises a hand to the darkened and tranquil sky, as if to capture the stars in his hand, which seemed to give off an ethereal glow, as the rest of him did.

Gently, a sigh comes forth from him, the sound so soft, it was nearly impossible to tell he had made any noise at all. Lowering his hand, he yawns, his eyelids falling shut as if they had suddenly become too heavy to hold open, stroking the fur of his furred companion, of an unidentifiable species.

As he begins to ease atop the branch he had claimed as his own, he thoughts and mind drift away into the realm of unconsciousness, better known as sleep.

Peculiarly enough, moments after nodding off into tranquil and easy sleep, the young man begins to dream.

Adries as it was called by most, and to him, his home, was where is mind often took him.

And it was on that day, many years ago in his youth, that he had encountered that man. A man that his family had come to despise simply for his title.

As he often did, and most surely should not have been doing, Michaela wanders about the paved streets of a young, and much more lively Adries. Curiously, the boy, about six years of age at the time, looks from stand to stand, where vendors and merchants were setup in organized chaos, calling out to potential customers and attempting to entice them with their wares.

Swallowing nervously, Micheala fidgets with his staff, a simple stick of carved willow, at the time. “Ah…..So many people….”

Continuing on through the streets, Micheala suddenly pauses, a shop selling various fabrics catching his eye.

Walking over to the shop, he presses his nose to the glass, gazing inside of it to survey the various items and fabric within the shop. Quietly, and suddenly, his gaze seems to settle upon a ribbon, the color of emerald. “Oh! Gabriellia would adore that!”
