Poking her head in, Naniko observes the room, finding it empty. Slipping inside, she quietly walks up to the shelves, looking at the collections of poisons and potions, analyzing the different names. As her eyes scan the various names and colors, one of them catches her eye. She pulls it down and holds it, reading the name. “Vale of Innocence…?”

Naniko raises a brow. Curious she reads the simple instructions on the back for use. “So you have to consume it huh?”

Shrugging, she opens the bottle and drinks a few sips of the clear liquid. Within a few moments, it takes affect and a cloud of pink surrounds Naniko. Blinking, she falls to her knees before passing out.

//Nanikai Anniversary//

The day was a rather beautiful one, what with its rich, baby-blue hue and its vibrant sun, a bright yellow that cast long, warm rays over everything that it came into contact with. Amongst the vast stretch of blue that was the sky, fluffy, white clouds drift aimlessly, few and far apart from each other as if to create an almost picturesque scene.

Within her childhood home, Naniko sits upon a stool at the countertop which allowed her a view into the kitchen, where her mother, dressed in an old t-shirt and pajama shorts, was cooking breakfast. Naniko herself, was dressed similarly, though rather than shorts, she wore a pair of pajama pants.

The two women seemed to be quietly conversing with one another, the quiet rather comfortable. As her mother cooks, Naniko folds her hands together quietly, setting them atop the counter, a soft smile gracing her lips as she talks with the older woman before her, about seemingly unimportant things.

After a few moments pass, their conversation falls to silence, the sound of food cooking the only thing to be heard. Naniko waits only a moment before she questions her mother quietly. “Mom…..How do you do it…?”

Occasionally, his hotblooded nature will arise, and he will snap, though this is usually only triggered by those who upset him.
